They say they offer express delivery but in my case decided to enforce a 3 day delay for security checks (yep, its in the small print, so they're covered). I was a huge fan of this site and i have been shopping from them for over 5 years.. football jerseys, hats, shirts, even shoes.. BUT, last summer I bought a Puma F1 shirt and after only one use, the logo on the shirt has melted during the dry cleaning process. while the tag on the shirt says it is "dry cleanable".. Was bought a replica jersey from kitbag.com by a friend as a gift. He waited until my birthday to give it to me, and when I got it, it didn't fit - so I contacted kitbag.com for an exchange. Despite offering to pay postage both ways (with tags still intact and jersey in perfect condition), they refused because it had been more than 14 days since the purchase date. After asking the customer service rep to pass the enquiry on to his manager, they simply stopped responding to my emails. This is the worst firm I have ever dealt with on the Internet. I ordered a complete England kit for my son and an England shirt for myself, both with England V Brazil motives. the parcel arrived within a week. What they had sent was either the wrong spec or the wrong size. I contacted them and sent items back at £6 postage. A further week or so followed with phone calls in between waiting for parcel which eventually arrived. Only socks were wrong this time. So duly phoned them and they promised discount off next order and postage back, so I wrote letter of complaint and photo copies of postage costs. Only had one experience with kitbag and it was shocking. Placed an order on Thursday for next day delivery, nothing turned up. Sent an email on Saturday, no response to my email. Phoned on Tuesday afternoon and was told that my order hadn't even been dispatched yet. Asked them if I would now get it next day and was told "no, it will take 2 days". Asked why nobody replied to my email and was told "oh our emails aren't working today". Oh ok. So why didn't you reply on Monday. "Don't know" was the reply.
