Advantages Advantages Good commision, work your own hours

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Losing catalogues, competition

As a student i was looking for a way to make a bit of extra money. I entered my details on a website with an advertisement " earn 50-500 a week" A few days later i got a call from a man offering to come and talk to me. He came and explained it was kleeneze and spent the next 20mins talking about the business and how to make money in it. The start up fee was £75, not much to invest in a business i must admit. You can get a full refund after 2 weeks if the business doesnt suit. I think this isnt very good as its very difficult to decide if you like it or not within 2 weeks. Anyway for your £75 ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not worth all the time and money invested.

My husband and I joined Kleeneze to earn a little extra money in the short term. We were a little suspicious of the promotional info, but it sounded innocent enough, and our sponsors seemed to be genuinely honest with us, and friendly, as well as very excited about their own success with the company. We thought we would give it a go, and if this trial period as catalogue distributors proved successful, then we would consider moving into the recruitment phase of things, and begin building up a team under us (as we were encouraged to do). We wanted "our business" to be a success, and so we did ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages lazy people, those who expect money to roll in without effort - don't apply

I think it's safe to say that people who write bad reports on Kleeneze all have 1 thing in common - they simply look to what they are making over their first 2 weeks and don't see it as a long term business. Big mistake! When I started out a few years ago retailing, I didn't look to think "How much did I earn that hour?" or "How much did I make today". I did 1 thing that 90% of people don't do - I thought to myself "How many customers do I now have?" Think about it. The idea is to build your own customer base which gives you your regulat income. How many businesses make a profit in their first ... more

Advantages Advantages STABLE COMPANY KNOWN BRAND

    Disadvantages Disadvantages CHARGES TIME MONEY

Hi Here goes I have been involved with Kleeneze for nearly 3 years. So i am not a person who tried it for three months and then was clever enough to give up, no stupidly i decided to give it a go, and then another go, and then just in case another go. And now i think i have tried enough, and funded the company too much. As with all things there is good and bad bits, the important thing is to weigh up the pro's and cons. And then decide whats best for you. The company is very stable, it has a massive history (over 75 years), and has made a profit all but one year. The company name is well known ... more

    Advantages Advantages Freedom, allegedly.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Getting it off the ground and dealing with your competition.

I was a disbeliever, sure, but anything for an extra quid and I signed up. Now here's the thing - I would never buy from a tacky catalogue shoved through my letter box because I prefer to either buy a known commodity (i.e. CD, software, airplane ticket) from the Internet or alternatively check it out in a shop (or offline retail outlet, as it is probably called now...). I'm not bothered about the social stigma of buying from a catalogue, it just isn't exactly efficient/convenient for me at this point in my life. But as I say, I signed up. My first 'drop' - the technical term for posting gaudy ... more

Advantages Advantages Money, cars, holidays, no more boss!!!

Disadvantages Disadvantages The weather - But just buy a good rain coat.

What a great way of making money! I have been with Kleeneze now for just over a month and really enjoying it which is suprising as I'd thought it would be really boring. Reason For Joining: I got engaged last christmas and my partner and I have set a date for June 2009. I could not believe how much a standard wedding costs and I want a traditional church wedding which is even more expensive! My dad offered to pay being the father of the bride but I do not want my dad, who has grafted all his life to be paying around £15000 for 1 day for me so I was determined to pay for it ourselves. Then we ... more

Kleeneze was established in 1923 and are the UK's original home shopping company. Shopping from home is now a rapidly expanding marketplace. The products are sold through the highly successful catalogues that are distributed by independent Kleeneze distributors. Kleeneze are also the first and most successful company to combine the effectiveness of direct selling, with the powerful income potential of network marketing. My partner and I joined Kleeneze three months ago, and whilst it has been hard work, it has been worth it. We were told to make some goals by our sponsor, something to aim for ... more
