    Advantages Advantages Has the look I need straight out of the bag no Photoshoping , tons of dynamic range.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not the cheapest film ever

    This a great film for doing portraits, it just seems to love skin, I have only ever used the NC as low saturation is best for dreamy looking skin tones, and this stuff seems to make skin look almost creamy. Images taken with my digital camera, which I normally use in the studio always need post processing to get the finished result, weekends I will often shoot this film instead. One thing I will often have people me enthusiastically ask me is what my post processing is (ie what did I do to the image in Photoshop) possibly because the want to emulate the effect I have, and of course I have done ... more

    Advantages Advantages nice colours in natural light

    Disadvantages Disadvantages colour-casts in mixed light

    Ok, just to make this clear first: Kodak NC and Kodak VC are two very different films: Kodak VC: VC stands for vivid colours and I would recommend this film to anyone who wants just that; vivid colours. I just want to mention that I have experienced some trouble such as colour-casts when just this film with mixed lighting (flash and natural light). I would not recommend this film to anyone who is to take for example portraits within an environment with say both tungsten and natural light.
