I bought one last year- at time the only megapixel cam you could get for £100. Initially impressed with pics- but lots of difficulty setting up - very poor instructions. Bundled MGI photosuite very good. Use rechargeable batteries, always have a spare set- using screen/flash (and when you download to computer) will eat batteries! I own a KD-100 and I am very impressed by the quality of the pictures and I use the camera mainly for fun. The MAJOR problem with the camera is that it just eats batterys like they don't exist! trust me about this, I used approx. 10 batterys in a month with this camera so in the end I had to buy rechargeable ones. ...downloading the camera driver from konica site. when contacting konica by e-mail they were prompt in their reply. the only other problem i have had is in trying to obtain a ac adapter or the camera. i would recommend this camera to anyone who is just starting out in the world of digital photography. it may be worth checking how many pictures you can expect in each mode as it does not state this in the manual ... I found the KD-100 to be easy to use, easy to follow manual, the camera is light weight and the LCD screen is of a good quality. The only thing is that you seem to use a great deal of battery power. I have got around this by buying a Ni-Cd/Ni-Mh battery charger, so I always have spare batteries. An I brought a DC adapter for when I connect to my PC.
