I love coffee and spend a fortune in places like Starbucks and Costa's so thought I'd save a bit by buying this machine and making my own! I received this coffee machine as a birthday present in December 2007. It is fairly easy to set up and the instructions show this clearly. It has an attractive design and would look good in most modern kitchens. There are several different kinds of drinks which can be made with this machine, including cafe lungo, espresso, latte, cappuccino, chococcino (hot chocolate) and iced cappuccino. These come in pods which you then insert into the coffee machine. ...

This is an great looking coffee machine that not only provides a wonderful drink but also looks good in a modern kitchen. Easy to use and excellent taste, the pods are a little expensive and some are hard to find in the shops. I recomend the Latte and Choccino. This is one of the best items I have ever bought it is so quick to make a cup of coffee and the taste is the best ever. I do not exaggerate when I say it is a cup of coffee at the touch of a switch no waiting for boiling kettles. The choice is great, cafe Lungo (strong black coffee) cappuchino, latte Machiato, espresso in fact everything you would get in the best coffee shop. all available to buy on line or in your local supermarket. i have tried coffee from friends coffee machines such as the tassimo and i opted to get this one as not only does it look far nicer than the others on the market, it is far simpler to use(my 9 yr old bought me a cappuccino in bed this morning) also i have to say, being the coffee addict that i am, the taste of the pods are far superia to any others ive sampled. if i had to find fault then i would say the pods are a bit more expensive but then you get what youpay for. The Dolce Gusto is quick, clean and simple to use. The drinks come in pods which are inserted into the machine, the water is then boiled but it only boils what it needs for the drink.
