Kwikfit Insurance

I am now in my second year of being insured by Kwik fit and have never had cause to complain about them, until now, and that's because, until now, I have not needed them. Yes they are cheap, but when it comes to the crunch, I need more than that. I was involved in a serious accident on the motorway a couple of weeks ago, so serious that the driver of the other vehicle involved is now in custody awaiting a court hearing for a charge of death by dangerous ...

I have been with Kwik Fit now for just over 2 years and as far as cheap insurance is concerned they are the best. I paid £212 for 3rd party insurance which was the cheapest bar one I could find on the web. Probably like a lot of others, I had never heard of the other company and they might have been a couple of quid cheaper...but you rather buy from someone you've heard of. If I had been asked to write a review of Kwik-Fit Insurance Services a year ago I would certainly have recommended them as a great value company. I have used Kwik-Fit for four years now and always felt that they offered good value for money. My experience of Kwik Fit was a few years ago, but I am afraid I will never be going back there. I was insured with them for a couple of years, during which time I had several changes in circumstance which involved amending my policy. They never ever got these changes right, and I had about 5 incorrect policy documents before getting an accurate one. The final straw came when I was involved in a minor accident and had to have hospital treatment. ...

I've been with Kwikfit for 2 years and never had any cause for complaints. That's because I never made a claim - just paid the premiums. Big gripes: My renewal quote included the premium breakdown service and had I not noticed it, I would have been charged for something I don't want. Furthermore, my actual quote was some £40 more than the quote I got from them online. My second gripe is that when you need them, they aren't bothered about helping ...

kwikfit are not an insurance company they merely took my money and sold my business on to equity red star, when my son had an accident with my car kwikfit refered me back to equity they have refused to answer phone calls emails letters from both myself and kwikfit my son was left abandonned with a crashed car for three days i have been offered half the value of my loses. and strangest of all i have been told to i have to fit a radio into my car which ...

A few years back, i decided that Kwik-fit insurance services was the place i wanted to work. One of the company slogans being "A fantastic place to work!", for the first few months i believed i had made the right choice. As a customer care consultant, i felt it was unfair that we had to "charge" customers for advising us of simple changes to policies such as change of address or vehicle. Even something as simple as getting a duplicate set of documents ...
...a "Commission charge" which is detailed in the policy booklets but is it totally necessary? If you DO manage to get a great deal on insurance from KFIS, which i believe you may well do, just remember to think about the hiddden costs as they will mount up if you make frequent changes to your policy. Also ask about the interest rate for paying by direct debit! ...

I've been with Kwik-fit for cat insurance for several years now, the've always had tle lowest price(or 2nd lowest). As I have a full no-claims, I opted for a protected bonus.
