I booked my tickets for what has been dubbed as the hottest ticket of the year in the pop world almost 7 months ago and eagerly awaited the day for me to see Kylie live for the 10th time. I have seen Kylie on 2 other occasions. Once back in 1991 and then again in 1998 but this concert on 20.03.01 was by far the best! Billed as her final UK gig when we purchased the tickets (she has since had to add more dates due to the high demand!) I had been looking forward to it for 3 months and Miss Minogue did not disappoint! The minute she came on stage the entire audience stood up and no one sat down for the rest of the night! Not Manchester - BIRMINGHAM!!! (FEVER TOUR) I went to see Kylie last night at the Birmingham NEC with my sister. (Just to clarify, I was with my sister - she wasn't performing with Kylie). We caught the coach (Bakers Dolphin) outside Tesco's, Eastville (Bristol) and it took about and hour and a quarter to get there. Our coach driver was fantastic, he asked us to bring him back a piece of Kylie's white dress. I offered him my pants but he seemed somehow disinterested. Last night I went to see the very sexy Ms Minogue at MEN arena Manchester. I am not a fan particularly ( I only own the Kylie album from the eighties!) But my GBF Paul is a huge fan so I agreed to join his Kylie troop (his Mum,his two sisters and our straight friend Tom) I can only say she blew me away! She had everything a performer needs the moves,the costumes, the talent, the songs,the dancers, the lights, the SHOW! After half-heartedly agreeing to go to the Kylie Minogue concert at Manchester Apollo on Wednesday 7th March I feel compelled to write and say how much of a pleasant surprise I had! It was fab. I am not really a fan but I do enjoy her records. The whole stage set was great, based on a ship style. I was most impressed with Kylie Minogue's performance at The Manchester Apollo last Thursday night. The show was extremely well choreographed, with an excellent display of dancing and singing, both by Kylie and her entourage. Kylie herself came across as very sincere, thanking her fans for their loyal support, and she genuinely seemed to enjoy herself.
