The first thing that surprised me when I had the television delivered was the size of the box; the last new TV I bought was in the late 90s and the box was nearly as big as a garden shed. ...and for those small buttons, LG should be able to do much better than what they did. The remote is all right. Again, the buttons are not make you feel you holding something beautifully made. But, it works fine and this is all I want. The installation is easy, put out from the box and stright forward to connect all leads and cables. YOu actually do not even need to read the manual.
