Advantages: Decent picture quality

Disadvantages: Big compared to new machines

I have had this for nearly 3 years and It is still going strong. Never had any problems with it. If any one is still looking to get a VHS player I would certainly recommend it. The facility to copy DVD's on to VHS is easy to do. Just one press of a button on the machine or the remote. I purchased my LG DV-1000 from Argos around a year ago, especially for the Fellowship of the Rings extended DVD (what a geek!) - But as I live in a fairly small flat, I didn't want 2 machines taking up space, when I could get 1 for a good price.
