Advantages: seperate buttons, easy to use menu Disadvantages: hard to open as lip is quite small
I bought this phone for my dad last week in the black colour. My dad is 42 and finds small phones akward to use.
This phone has a clear keypad, with large seperate buttons. the on screen text can be enlarged to help with bad eye sight. The phone is quite awkward to open, as the lip is very small and this is one of the major problems my dad has noticed.
The joystick style keypad is very accessible and allows quick access to contacts, messages, ring ... ...my dad uses on the phone, so he rarely uses the menu button.
The call history is useful as it comprises out-going, in-coming and missed calls in one list. therefore you can track all your calls in one menu and dont have to access seperate menus for each.
For younger generations the additional memory via memory cards is great for songs however i think this phone lacks a button on the outside of the phone to access the mp3\'s like on the lgu880. ...

Advantages: Colour, Large Screen, Lightweight, Swivel Camera Disadvantages: Flip not easy, Plastic Charge cover, Small Keys

The keypad is quite small for the not so nimble fingered. I also havent yet worked out how to access all my contact's numbers when I store more than one number against their name. It seems a very complicated system or rather it's not clear using the onscreen help. I'm not overly keen on the ... ...just looks like it could snap off and gets in the way when inserting the lead. The flip opening is also quite fiddly as it has a very small tab, not easy to do with one hand. Overall the phone looks good and is remarkably light but using it to it's full capacity could take some getting used to. ...
