I don't know if my pc isn't fully compatible or something but it cannot find the phone, even when the phone displays that it is connected to the pc. I've uninstalled that waste-of-time and just transfer files via My Computer. Also the files within the phone and memory card are easily labelled and simple to use (unlike my sister's Sony). My son owns this phone on one of the cheapest contracts out there, and he is utterly delighted with it. So am I. It's one of the most robust phones on the market, and even though it is quite chunky, it still looks pretty cool. I have owned this phone for just over a year, and have to say that it is pretty good, very easy to use, navigating through all of the features is a doddle and the camera is good, if you have a steady hand as there is no image stabiliser so if you have a shaky hand, or want to take photos whilst moving, don't get this phone for taking pictures with!
