This was my first touch screen phone ever and I wasn't disappointed. It looks good, feels good and is easy to use. It had an easily accesible menu section, and it allowed you to do everything you'd expect a phone to do. I have the kp501 which has different buttons compared to the kp500 and only comes with the orange contract. I think the phone is very reliable, quick, and fairly easy to use. I am first timer with the touch screen so i found it slightly hard to use, however after having the phone for nearly 5 months, I have found that txting on this phone can get quite frustrating at times, to a degree where i just call people instead of txting. ...I find the fact that LG sell just the stylus's incase you have lost yours very unusual but much needed! The only bad point to this phone is the simple thing that it freezes now and again, but soon catches up. The battery lasts very well, the phone looks smart, and much more expensive than what it is.
