Advantages: Leaves Hair soft and silky, lovely colour. Disadvantages: Can cause allergies occasionaly.
...use my Boots Advantage Card..
~~Costs~~
My L'oreal Feria colour 3D Expert kit( what a mouthful) would cost you normaly £5.79 and that to me was a great price because of the extra colourant and such.
The box itself is predominantly silver gray with the usual beautiful creature who has her hair the exact colour that is in the kit, On the top of the box is a picture of hair the same colour, you also have a colour result table so you can get ...

Advantages: Excellent Results and Value Disadvantages: Still takes time
Us humans are the same as nature, the way we grow into adulthood, mature and reproduce, although us humans are always worrying about the way we look and our appearance, hence the reason for good old L’Oreal making these hair colour products.
It all started about 6 weeks ago for me when me and Emily went out on the booze into town. We went back to my flat and there we had a good time, we had music, a bed and more drink.
However there was ...

Advantages: Shiny Colour Disadvantages: Can be messy
Now and again a girl feels the need for a bit of a change of image and one thing I find gives me a bit of a boost when feeling like this is changing the colour of my hair. Nothing drastic, just a slight change of shade and I can guarantee it will be left looking in great condition with an amazing shine. I do this by using L’Oreal’s Feria Color.
L’Oreal Feria Color usually costs between £6 and £7 and is available from most chemists ...

Advantages: More vibrant colour Disadvantages: None at all!!
As someone who has dyed their hair for 11 years since the age of 12 I am always on the look out for a new product that promises great end results. I have been using the L’Oreal Recital Les Noirs Richesse in Black/blue or Black/purple and was happy with that until I had the urge to be more daring and have a change of colour. So, whilst in Superdrug I spotted the sign that said: NEW and on the shelf below it was: L’Oreal Feria Color Booster ...

Advantages: Very good quality Disadvantages: No cap
- largely because I have a habit of forgetting which hairdye I used the time before, which makes it difficult to buy it again. At least I did before (cue cheesy ad moment) I discovered Feria.
I'm not sure why I bought it the first time, especially as it's a bit pricey. Certainly a couple of quid more than I would normally pay. Probably the chemist didn't have anything else in the colour I wanted, which is a red/auburn to tint my dark brown hair ...

Advantages: LOVELY, SHINY,SULTRY HAIR, WILL MAKE HEADS TURN Disadvantages: IF YOU GET IT WRONG..ITS PERMANENT
Being a natural redhead, I need a colour on my hair during the winter to brighten it up and make it shine. Over a fair few years a have tried quite a few red shades, but I think I've found the perfect one. L 'oreal Feria colour, Permanent, and very easy to apply.
The colour I used was called Cinnamon and I got it from Boots whilst getting some wipes. I had been thinking about colouring my hair since end of November but hadn't got around to it ...

...one brand which is usually L'Oreal Revitalise, however when I was in Boots, a couple of days ago, I came across the Feria range and because it was made by L'Oreal I was a bit more confident using it than I would have been if it had been made by another manufacturer.
The Feria 3D range has a better selection of colours and the colours seem much more vibrant, I usually colour my hair with the Dark copper Mahogany from the revitalise range, but I ...

Advantages: Conditions well, colour is OK Disadvantages: 3D shimmer- what 3D shimmer?
...before I crossed paths with L'Oreal Feria colour. Apart from the ads, I was put off by the price- generally this product costs around £5.99 and upwards from my local Boots (though all you crazy bargain hunters may know of places that sell it cheaper.) One day I came across a sale on a particular colour- I confess now that I can't remember the exact name of the shade but it was something like Light Gold Shimmering Wheat- reduced to £3.00 or so, and ...

Advantages: covers grey hair Disadvantages: a bit pricey really
I was fed up of having brown hair and wanted to go back to having a little fun with colour before my hair got too grey to do it myself successfully. So on my last shopping trip a few weeks ago,I found a shade I loved the look of and took it home.
The shade I've chosen is Hot Ginger and claims to be the end of flat colour, multi-faceted so that it shimmers and shines. It is not recommended if you have more than 30% grey hair, if your grey is concentrated ...

I have always used L'Oreal Feria and recently the
'Noirs Richesses' product, for the basic jet black
colour.
There are three fantastic shades for the
black hari colour range, with black/blue,
black/red, and black/purple. I have tried each one.
Over these past two years I have only died my hair
black with other colours accompaniying it! And I can
say that this product is very good. Whatever colour

Advantages: Specific lightening for darker hair Disadvantages: development time
I have used L'oreal Feria on a few occassions - they do one where you apply the colour with a brush which is Feria Contraste - this supposedly gives you the more natural look - you get to pick where to brush it on - but in all honesty mine just came out in a block of colour on the top layer of hair.
But they also do Feria Color Booster which is an all over one which is Mult-faceted and picks the highlights in conjunction with you natural hair colour.
This ...

Advantages: Easy to appy, huge range of colours. Disadvantages: Fades quickly, pricier than other hair dyes.
I've been cursed with dull brown hair, so I tend to colour it at home a lot as going to a hair salon each time can be expensive. As I'm always willing to try new brands I found this permanent colour to give good results. I tried a dark red and the result was similar to the colour on the box (which makes a change).
The instructions are simple, you only need to mix two bottles, apply it straight away, leave it for half an hour and rinse it out. It ...

Advantages: smooth silky hair, nice end colour result Disadvantages: strong smell, no 3D shimmer effect as now advertised
I am a regular user of hair colourants and like to dye my hair approximately every 6 weeks (to prevent those dreaded roots from showing)
I was in my local Safeway store last night and decided I would colour my hair after tea, as yes my roots were showing and also I wanted a pick-me-up which freshly coloured hair offers. (Also, because in the past I once bleached my hair, ALL hair colourants fade on my hair, so I have to keep on top of my hair care!) ...

Advantages: Rich vibrant colour Disadvantages: Very messy to apply - and reeks of ammonia
I decided to use Feria Color again, in spite of my annoyance at the American spelling of colour.
There seem to have been some changes to the contents since the last time I used it, with the most positive being the vinyl gloves.
All the other hair colourants I have used have had those terrible plastic gloves that are stuck to the instruction sheet when you unfold it.
As far as one size fits all, the old style plastic gloves would probably ...

...products I have used. However L'Oreal Feria has come up trumps as not only has it given me the effects I wanted but it's packaging has meant that I am drawn to it in eerie X-Files style each time I decide to change my hair.
The great thing is that the little picture at the back which shows you the before and after colours of your hair when you use the dye have so far proved to be very accurate. Not only that but it is easy to use, doesn't smell revolting ...
