...Card.. ~~Costs~~ My L'oreal Feria colour 3D Expert kit( what a mouthful) would cost you normaly £5.79 and that to me was a great price because of the extra colourant and such. The box itself is predominantly silver gray with the usual beautiful creature who has her hair the exact colour that is in the kit, On the top of the box is a picture of hair the same colour, you also have a colour result table so you can get an idea of what your hair is ...

Get Rid of the Hair Ware

Advantages: Excellent Results and Value
Disadvantages: Still takes time

Us humans are the same as nature, the way we grow into adulthood, mature and reproduce, although us humans are always worrying about the way we look and our appearance, hence the reason for good old L’Oreal making these hair colour products. It all started about 6 weeks ago for me when me and Emily went out on the booze into town. We went back to my flat and there we had a good time, we had music, a bed and more drink. However there was thing ...
...woke up the next morning I woke up to her smile, laughing and smirking, what's wrong I asked, she just told me to look in the mirror. So to the mirror I go to find she’s put blonde highlights in my lovely dark brown hair. Now being in the army, I know that this style wouldn’t exactly be acceptable, so I took myself to the hairdressers to get it sorted out and made better. Remember, we were both drunk when this happened so neither of ...

Here Today Blonde Tomorrow

Advantages: Shiny Colour
Disadvantages: Can be messy

Now and again a girl feels the need for a bit of a change of image and one thing I find gives me a bit of a boost when feeling like this is changing the colour of my hair. Nothing drastic, just a slight change of shade and I can guarantee it will be left looking in great condition with an amazing shine. I do this by using L’Oreal’s Feria Color. L’Oreal Feria Color usually costs between £6 and £7 and is available from most chemists ...
...in a good variety of shades. Just recently I coloured my hair with shade number 36, which is called Chocolate Cherry, and it is a dark burgundy brown. The Feria range of hair colourants come in a silver box with models on the front displaying the shade. On the back of the packaging, a ‘colour result table’ displays what hair colour types should use the product and besides this it shows the colour you can expect your hair to be after ...

NEW Color Booster...

Advantages: More vibrant colour
Disadvantages: None at all!!

As someone who has dyed their hair for 11 years since the age of 12 I am always on the look out for a new product that promises great end results. I have been using the L’Oreal Recital Les Noirs Richesse in Black/blue or Black/purple and was happy with that until I had the urge to be more daring and have a change of colour. So, whilst in Superdrug I spotted the sign that said: NEW and on the shelf below it was: L’Oreal Feria Color Booster ...
...Power (intense violet). It still has all the things that normal Feria color has but with a new addition of a little tube of pure colour that you add to the colour developer bottle at the time of mixing. It is this that creates the New ‘Ultra Visible Shade’. This is a permanent colour so it does not wash out, but it will grow out. Development time is 30 minutes and they advise you not to use this shade if you have more than 30% grey hair. ...

I rarely use the same colour twice

Advantages: Very good quality
Disadvantages: No cap

- largely because I have a habit of forgetting which hairdye I used the time before, which makes it difficult to buy it again. At least I did before (cue cheesy ad moment) I discovered Feria. I'm not sure why I bought it the first time, especially as it's a bit pricey. Certainly a couple of quid more than I would normally pay. Probably the chemist didn't have anything else in the colour I wanted, which is a red/auburn to tint my dark brown hair rather ...
...I didn't notice a difference. Feria's the same as other hair dyes in that you have to faff around with little bottles and those crappy plastic gloves before you can get going. In particular, youi have to do tht thing where you get the blue bottle filled with dark stuff and kind of screw it into the bigger bottle with white stuff in it - you'll just have to trust me that the instructions are good enough for you to do this without any problems. The ...

Vibrant Colour

Advantages: LOVELY, SHINY,SULTRY HAIR, WILL MAKE HEADS TURN
Disadvantages: IF YOU GET IT WRONG..ITS PERMANENT

Being a natural redhead, I need a colour on my hair during the winter to brighten it up and make it shine. Over a fair few years a have tried quite a few red shades, but I think I've found the perfect one. L 'oreal Feria colour, Permanent, and very easy to apply. The colour I used was called Cinnamon and I got it from Boots whilst getting some wipes. I had been thinking about colouring my hair since end of November but hadn't got around to it for ...
...I would do something to cheer me up. After much debating and looking I decided to try this product, mainly because it was new but also likes the colour on the front. Cinnamon, as in the spice, is a dark orangy-red and has a unique smell to it. A pungent, spicy smell and in cooking can be used with apples, curries and other aromatic dishes. Its also used in Mulled wine to give its colour and spicy, tangy taste. This colourant is a darker, deeper red, ...

L'Oreal Feria Colour

Advantages: smells quite pleasant
Disadvantages: messy & expensive

...one brand which is usually L'Oreal Revitalise, however when I was in Boots, a couple of days ago, I came across the Feria range and because it was made by L'Oreal I was a bit more confident using it than I would have been if it had been made by another manufacturer. The Feria 3D range has a better selection of colours and the colours seem much more vibrant, I usually colour my hair with the Dark copper Mahogany from the revitalise range, but I was ...
...good quality like all the L'Oreal range and there is also a bottle of conditioner with enough for two washes. Unlike the revitalising range you apply Feria to damp, towel dried hair, the dye itself is quite a thick consistency, this makes it easier to control, it also has a quite pleasant smell, which is a pleasant change compared to other dyes. There is quite a lot in the bottle and is sufficient for very long hair, but even if your hair is short ...

L'Oreal Excel10 hair colour

Advantages: Develops in 10 minutes
Disadvantages: None

This review is for l'Oreal Excel10 NOT Feria - but I don't know how to start a new link. Dying my hair is something I have to do as I'm going grey and I don't want to grow old gracefully (disgracefully is more fun!). But I really hate doing it, especially as it takes so long for the colour to develop (as my hair tends to be resistent to colour I usually end up having to leave the dye on for at least 30-35 minutes). So when I saw the telly ad for ...
...possible that a hair colour could develop in just 10 minutes AND cover all grey? It also claimed to make the hair stronger and with the help of the cashmere conditioner leave it shiny - it all sounded too good to be true! Well shortly after seeing the ad regularly on TV the dreaded moment arrived - I know I need to colour my hair when suddenly I look as if I'm going thin on top - dark hair colour, light roots = the balding look.... So off I trotted ...

I FEEL MYSELF INFERIOR

Advantages: Conditions well, colour is OK
Disadvantages: 3D shimmer- what 3D shimmer?

...before I crossed paths with L'Oreal Feria colour. Apart from the ads, I was put off by the price- generally this product costs around £5.99 and upwards from my local Boots (though all you crazy bargain hunters may know of places that sell it cheaper.) One day I came across a sale on a particular colour- I confess now that I can't remember the exact name of the shade but it was something like Light Gold Shimmering Wheat- reduced to £3.00 or so, and ...
...of Feria is that unlike other hair dyes, the colour is not "flat". Indeed, I have even seen it being described as "3D colour." I am not exactly sure how that is supposed to fit on my hair, which is already technically three dimensional, but it is not for me to question the Great Gods of Beauty. Sure, 3D shimmer sounds good- it certainly looks great on the model on the box. I am not going to give you a detailed guide to dying your hair here- I am ...

I'm a Ginger Nut

Advantages: covers grey hair
Disadvantages: a bit pricey really

I was fed up of having brown hair and wanted to go back to having a little fun with colour before my hair got too grey to do it myself successfully. So on my last shopping trip a few weeks ago,I found a shade I loved the look of and took it home. The shade I've chosen is Hot Ginger and claims to be the end of flat colour, multi-faceted so that it shimmers and shines. It is not recommended if you have more than 30% grey hair, if your grey is concentrated ...

Inside The Pack You get 1 bottle of Colourant, 1 applicator bottle containing the developer, 1 bottle of conditioner (to use after colouring your hair) an instruction leaflet and a pair of plastic gloves. I read through the instructions; you apply this to wet hair, massage it in and wait 30 minutes before rinsing thoroughly and then applying conditioner. Easy peasy to do even for me. So after covering all surfaces around the sink in the ...

There are three fantastic shades for the black hari colour range, with black/blue, black/red, and black/purple. I have tried each one. The colour is a rich full coulour, everything they say on the box and it really does make your hair, amazingly shiny, thicker and healthier, which is quite different to what people many people think about hair dying. Instead of stripping the follicle of its natural protein, it seems to coat it. The are all semi permanent which means that you will be stuck with your hair colour ...

Feria Color Booster

Advantages: Specific lightening for darker hair
Disadvantages: development time

I have used L'oreal Feria on a few occassions - they do one where you apply the colour with a brush which is Feria Contraste - this supposedly gives you the more natural look - you get to pick where to brush it on - but in all honesty mine just came out in a block of colour on the top layer of hair. But they also do Feria Color Booster which is an all over one which is Mult-faceted and picks the highlights in conjunction with you natural hair colour. ...
...am very dark brown and chose Feria P15 Red Flash Brown. There are very few colours available for brown hair that are visible - let me put that another way - that is if you want to stay brown - but a lighter brown. Most colours for brown hair take you a shade darker or a completely different colour altogether. This was not what i wanted - i wanted a brown that was a shade or 2 lighter than my brown but with a few red lights in it - hence the Red ...

Give your hair an ego boost

Advantages: Easy to appy, huge range of colours.
Disadvantages: Fades quickly, pricier than other hair dyes.

I've been cursed with dull brown hair, so I tend to colour it at home a lot as going to a hair salon each time can be expensive. As I'm always willing to try new brands I found this permanent colour to give good results. I tried a dark red and the result was similar to the colour on the box (which makes a change). The instructions are simple, you only need to mix two bottles, apply it straight away, leave it for half an hour and rinse it out. It ...
...of dyes do. I don't know if it's just me, but I found it took a lot of effort and time to rinse out the dye. But once you do, you apply the conditioner included in the pack which makes your hair feel and smell lovely. The risk with dying your hair at home is that the colour can appear dull. This product made my hair shiny and it didn't look harsh. Unfortunately it faded quickly after a couple of weeks. One tip before you apply the colour: smear ...

all blondes aren't so thick

Advantages: smooth silky hair, nice end colour result
Disadvantages: strong smell, no 3D shimmer effect as now advertised

I am a regular user of hair colourants and like to dye my hair approximately every 6 weeks (to prevent those dreaded roots from showing) I was in my local Safeway store last night and decided I would colour my hair after tea, as yes my roots were showing and also I wanted a pick-me-up which freshly coloured hair offers. (Also, because in the past I once bleached my hair, ALL hair colourants fade on my hair, so I have to keep on top of my hair care!) ...
