Advantages: Easy to get hard to reach spots, no streaks, great coverage Disadvantages: stains clothes, slightly orange, no colour guide
I tried the L'oreal Sublime Bronze self tan spray when I had a big occasion to prepare for and I had no time to go to my favorite Sephora store. I went to my local Shoppers Drug Mart around the corner for a quick, easy, self tanner to transform me from ghostly to glowing fast! I knew what I was getting into, because I didn't have many good experiences with cheaper self-tanners. They usually left me streaky or a freaky looking orange shade that caused ...

Advantages: Quick tan development time, very natural and easy to apply Disadvantages: Sometimes quite difficult to dispence, packaging can become greasy during application
When buying false tan it is important that you buy with care, after all, your looks are highly at stake!
I used to be a regular sun bed user, but stopped after considering my health, also I wasn't so much a fan of actually visiting tanning booths.
I have used many different false tan products, non of which really live up to the job. This time however, I decided to take a better look around the shops while also taking cost into consideration. ...

Advantages: good colour, natural looking Disadvantages: a few streaky bits
...came across their recommendation of L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Tanning Spray. I already had a faint tan from the days I did get some sun but it wasn't really strong enough and I wanted to look healthy and like I'd just come back from a few weeks on a beach holiday.
I was a bit put off by the price of £11.99 though since I only wanted to test the product and might not like it. My solution to this problem was eBay I wasn't sure if anyone would list the ...

Advantages: Airbrush effect makes application reasonably easy Disadvantages: The mist is not coloured so you cannot see where you have spayed it.
I needed a tan quickly as I had a wedding to go to this weekend and had to bear my legs for the first time this year, so I decided to try this product.
I bought the product from my local Boots store and read the instructions on the tin.
The blurb reads that there is no need to rub in the spay, you get a 100% natural looking tan, it leaves you with no streaks, no patches or orange marks or palms.
Great I thought, foolproof then, I am going to look ...

Advantages: Even tan, easy to use, good price, lasts ages Disadvantages: Involves extensive hand washing
Before I begin in earnest, there are probably a few things you need to know about me. I have very pale skin and dark hair. I prefer to think of myself as pale and mysterious, and a typical English Rose, but on the beach in summer, that’s not the look I really want to be going for. So, with summer approaching I decided have a go at self-tanning. Being a bit of a wimp, initially I was scared, having visions of being covered in orange blotches for the ...

Advantages: Even, natural tan without streaks. Disadvantages: Fades very quickly, but difficult to remove last traces.
I have used every self-tanning lotion/spray/oil/gel/foam going, from St.Tropez to Rimmel, and always come back to Loreal Sublime Spray. I am a tan-a-holic, and cannot stand to be seen with white bits, as I think that a tan is the ultimate accessory a girl can have. Let's face it, women do look better brown. (Unless of course your'e the porcelain china doll type!)
The only thing, is that I'm at work all day long, 5 days a week, and no longer want ...

Advantages: Brilliant results! Disadvantages: Can't think of one.
...self-tanning, and I have found L'Oreal Self-Tan Spray to be very good, with effective results.
~ Application ~
On the bottle the application instructions are not that detailed compared to other fake tans I've used. All it says is:
Use
· Spray directly on to body and spread evenly.
· Wash hands well after use.
· Use daily until desired tan is achieved, after which use 2 or 3 times a week.
Now that is all you may have to do, but I prefer ...

Advantages: Easy, hassle-free and won't make your clothes orange! Disadvantages: Quite expensive (but lasts a long time)
L'Oreal's Sublime Bronze spray is well worth the money - it's about £10 for the body-spray and £9 for the face tanning lotion. Both are very effective and easy to use. If, like me, you've had a few fake-tan disasters in the past, this is a pretty foolproof way to look naturally tanned without looking like you've been Tangoed!
It sprays on easily and as long as you rub it in quickly and spend a couple of minutes really blending it, the results are ...

...a few, then I saw L'oreal Self Tan Spray on offer in Boots so decided to give it a go!
I did the usual, exfoilating and moisturizing routine first then got ready to apply the tan. I thought that it would easier to do i a dry shower and I was right- it goes everywhere! It is easy to spray on, it comes out in a wet mist which you are meant to apply to your body evenly. The only thing is you have to hold it away from your body so that it doesn't get ...

Advantages: natural looking tan, quick to use Disadvantages: still the hint of 'you've just put your fake tan on' smell
Having tried lots of fake tan products over the years I was really pleased to finally find a range of products that give a 'natural' colour rather than an overnight look of just coming back from the Caribean (and everyone knowing that you haven't been away!)
The spray was easy to use, I liked the quickness as I tend to get very bored rubbing in the cream/gel ones and end up rushing and then crying over the results!
It was spray and go! - well ...

Advantages: Nice Colour Disadvantages: Medium price bracket
I have tries lots of self tanning lotions, from tanning towels to St Tropez. From very cheap lotions and posions to the expensive. Before any self tan you must exfoliate and moisturise elbows and knees before application. This one is easy to use, but like any other self application, practise makes perfect! The L'Orel Sublime Self Tan gives no streaks, dries quickly so as you don't have to walk around naked for an hour before getting dressed! This ...

...bit worried and called the L'Oreal helpline who advised me to stop using it immediately. I was told to go and see my doctor if it got worse and they send me a cheque for £20.
Over the next 5 days I moisturised like mad and tried to scrub the tan off every night. It didn't come off easily however, which says to me it lasts a long time.
I have no idea what caused the rash, my boyfriend looked at the ingredients but couldn't find anything that I haven't ...

I had a nightmare with the Loreal Sublime bronze airbrush effect. I applied it the way it says on the tin and left it to dry. Went to bed and when I woke up the next morning I had streaks like you would not believe - my wrists and ankles were really really dark and looked awful and my legs and arms had lines of white!!!! Not a good look when I had a wedding to go to the following day - I then spent most of the day with bleach scrubbing my ankles and wrists and whitening toothpaste on my legs to try and tone it down - WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!!

L'oreal self-tan Spray? What can i say? ITS FAB!
As a fake devotee i decided to give it a whirl after seeing how gorgeous the girl in the advertising campaign looks!
It applies well - the only down side is having to constantly pump the bottle whilst application (but you know what they say - NO PAIN NO GAIN!)
I would let it start to dry for a few minutes (at least) before dressing, and i found it to have that "tacky" feeling whilst it was ...
