I really suggest than even amature fake tanners try this product out to add a bit of a glow to winter worn skin. I'm a typically perfectionist Virgo and as such rather tentative when it comes to tanning products. This has got to be the best self tanning substance I have tried. The fact that it is a gel instead of a lotion or cream, makes it easier to glide over your skin. Anyone can use this self tanner, it is basically idiot proof for all self tanning virgins, but on the other hand it is great for the professional self tanner, who has been applying for years. I've got to be honest, I am not usually a fan of tanning. I was learning to live with my milk bottle legs when I saw this on the shelf at 7.99 "Hmm, give it a go.." I told myself. I bought Loreal gel after a friend recommended it to me. The problem I have is that I suffer from psoriasis and find that fake tans usually cling to every tiny dry bit of skin even after exfoliating and moisturising. My friend promised me that this was wonderful and left your skin silky smooth so I thought I'd give it a go. I went along to boots and it was on special offer, fantastic! I did an op on another fake tan brand and said that I would follow up with one on a brand that actually tans scars as well...here it is. L'oreal sublime bronze gel is a light non-oily gel with quite a nice fresh scent (makes a change). It is suitable for face and body and gives a light glow after one application. First thing is that this fake tan has an instant colour so if your running late this is perfect for a quick fix! but this isnt just a quick fiz, it is a long lasting lovely colour. doesnt make you go orange and people even thought i had been on holiday!! only problem is that it makes you skin go dry so would reccomend eiether putting moisturiser underneath or moisturising every day. it has a shimmer in it which gives you a nice, healthy glow. the ... Produces good and quite dramatic results. It's good for first time tanners as it is slightly tinted and this allows people to see where there have applied tan and where they haven't, this helps to ensure even coverage. the smell when you first put it on isnt too bad, although when the tan starts to take effect the "fake tan" smell becomes quite strong. i recomend this product for face tanning but i have found that it doens't work as well on your body ... ...expensive but then i saw L'Oreal sublime bronze on the shelves and at a price of 9.99 it was incredably cheap! i applied it as soon as i got home. The directions were simple and easy to use resulting in the gel going on smoothly and more or less evenly. The fake tan hardly rubbed off on my sheets, clothes or in the shower. I got this because of the other opinions on here, and I have to agree that I like it alot! I am always a bit weary of self-tanning products, initially because they are so pricey, and then I don't want to become 'orange' or have streaky lines!
