...well, anywhere really that sells L'Oreal products. Price & Value In Boots where I got this Mascara from it cost me £8.99, I don't think that's particularly expensive because Mascara's tend to last quite a while and you would get 32 advantage points back if you have a Boots advantage card. ...try this, i bought the L'Oreal Telescopic Carbon Black which comes in a black tube not the usual Greyish one, as far as im aware they dont have a waterproof one in the Carbon Black but they do in the norman Telescopic range. On taking the wand out of the tube i was shocked, i wondered how on earth this tiny wand would make any difference to my lashes there is 4 rows of combs which look like an "X" and they are so small. ...is black and brown. L'oreal claim that this mascara will give you 60% longer lashes and that the precision brush will leave no clumps. The mascara brush twists open. The handle it easy to grip and the brush looks rubbery and is quite flexible. It's not caked in mascara so I know it's not going to be thick and clumpy. The application is great. The colour of the L’Oreal Paris Telescopic mascara is black, it is not waterproof, and the mascara does not smell at all. The wand of the mascara is like a comb with four lines of rubbery spikes, it’s not as leathful as it sounds. I love this product! It comes in a double ended package. You begin by putting a white thickening undercoat on your lashes, which takes about a minute to dry. You then layer the black mascara on top of it. I have long but straight eyelashes which don't respond at all to being curled, however this gives them a curled effect and lifts the upper lashes 'opening up' your eyes. This is my favourite mascara by far! Trust me I have gone through quite a few. No other mascara has seperated my lashes with such precision. It also gives a great lenght to otherwise not there eyelashes. It is not at all clumpy and one coat for me does the trick. The flexible brush enables you to be able to grad those stray lashes of yours and works them into a nice curl. Removing it though isn't that easy but who cares when you have great eyes! It is a bit pricey but I would definitely buy it again.

...mascara and a great price. L'Oreal seem to keep their great reputation with this product. The packaging is also quite eye-catching and stands out well. I bought this after it being advertised on TV and wasn't dissapointed at all. It is a great purchase and I would recommend this to anybody who wants gorgeous long lashes. Best mascara ever. ... i read some reviews on this product and was already too persuaded by the advertisements to believe them and it's just as well i didn't. this is a fantastic product! i do not use waterproof mascara so maybe that is why i am a lot more pleased than others but aside from the waterproof factor, it is the perfect mascara. it separates and lengthens my lashes and they look great! the applicator doesn't hold lots of mascara so it doesn't clump and the mascara ...
