Advantages: light, almost flawless glowing make up

I'm always been skeptical when a so called new revolutionary product gets on the market. I have heard a lot about mineral make up from ppl on youtube (so mainly ppl like you and I) so I decided to try it myself. My skin type is normal/dry with acne. Disadvantages: Poorly designed, bad colour choice, bad coverage and shine control.

First off, let me explain my skin type. I have acne scars, still get the occasional spot and have oily skin that somehow manages to feel tight and dry in the morning if i don't moisturise, only to become extremely oily later in the day. Being a cosmetic junkie i decided to try this product recently, after having used other mineral powders: Bare minerals mineral veil, Philsophy the Supernatural and Urban Decays mineral powder. I was draw to this Loreal one due to the £12.99 price tag, being 1/2 that of Philosophy. Firstly the colour. This is lovely! When I first heard about this I thought it would be expensive but I must admit I fancied having a try. Anyway, my sister gave me a Boots voucher for my birthday so I went to see how much it was. I've heard a lot about mineral makeup. The advertisements about sheer cover had always interested me. However being a student my bank balance could never stretch that far. FABULOUS STUFF - Had seen the Guthy Renker infomercials re Sheer Cover and the barescencials QVC range so knew mineral powder was the way to go. Disadvantages: Too expensive, hard to apply

This foundation is good but there is no way it can give u 56 applications which was said in another review. Infact, thats the downside to this foundation, it only has enough to do u for a few weeks. I dont wear foundation every day but if i did then i could see myslef having to buy more of stuff every 2/3 weeks. I wear foundation about 3/4 days a week and i still have to buy a new tub of it every 4/5 weeks and as u can imagine, its alot of money ... Read review

I absolutey love this product. I have used it most days for the past 6 months. As it says it is mineral make up and i have found that this has calmed my problematic teenage skin. Before using this products i would use other foundations but i have found that all of the others, on regular use have made my skin a lot worse. This stuff is great. Im a long time foundation wearer who likes good coverage and Im hooked. I will never wear liquid foundation ever again. The previous reviewer obviously used the wrong colour and applied it way too heavily. Im very pale and I used the W1 golden Ivory and it is flawless. You really dont need very little at all. ...advert I decided to try L'Oreal True Match Minerals. I was quite surprise with the results I got from the first time I tried the minerals. The colour matched my skin perfectly and looked natural. What surprised me the most was I did not need to use a lot of the powder and it gave me a finished look, like when I use liquid foundation.
