I love this machine. Just got it and its such a pleasure to use. Once the grind is worked out, the crema is so beautiful.
Its not as difficult as one would imagine, but it does takes a bit of strength to pull the levers. Now I understand why most Barista are men in the early days when these sort of systems were more prevalent. I wonder if anyone else owns one of these as I hope to exchange notes with him/her over the course of running the system. ...
