Lancashire Double Glazing,...............They were very helpful,right from the start,excelent phone maner,the sales rep came round and give us a quto on the spot with no hasle just a good repour, he was happy to leave us to think about the price,and that he would leave it for us to contact him,,,,,with a go ahead........we liked this becacuse it did,nt put us under any pressure on the spot.
the fitters were very nice also,with lots of clean dust ...

...us.We then were contacted by lancashire double glazing offering a free 1 hour consultation, they explained how they style and design all their conservatories on a lap top with 3d pictures with the facility to super impose it onto the house. I agreed to the hour, best hour i could of invested into the project .Wayne took a picture of the back of the property, listend to all our ideas and thoughts and within 20 minutes i was looking at our new conservatory ... ...what it says on the tin, they did, thanks to Wayne.James and the 3 fitters Richie, Bob,and Mal, great job guys and not forgetting Lynda the best co-ordinator. well i can say with confidence i would reccomend Lancashire Double Glazing for a conservatory. a very happy and satisfied customer. ...

Lancashire Double Glazing - what a bunch of cowboys!! This is a long story so I'll try to cut it short. To start off with the fitters were 2 hours late and when they arrived thay had lost a window ledge so dissapeared for another 2 hours to try to find it! When the job had been done, upon closer inspection of the windows, there were gaps and chips all over. We contacted the fitters to complain and they said they'd send someone round, which they did ... ...although he had promised to get involved if things weren't acceptable. The whole farce went on for about 12 weeks - in the end we moved house - the windown still haven't been sorted! If you take my advice I wouldn't touch Lancashire Double Glazing with a brage pole! ...

Quick review of Lancashire Double Glazing
A small job 1/2 days, a bit pricy but it did include scaffold, removal of tiles and fabric repairs as required.
Fitters arrived to carry out the work but the wrong materials had been delivered and the scaffold was ony one third erected, so with wrong materials being delivered repeatedly and the wait for access scaffold it turned into a 3 day job with the final piece being installed one week later. (Three days off work instead of the planned one) The bill was duly paid and one week later another invoice turns up for the price of the scaffold????? ...

Bunch of wasters. Handing out leaflets in Morrisons (Morecambe). My wife made an enquiry and made an appointment for a rep to call at 8pm today and was told that they would definitely ring to confirm before arriving.
Its now 25 past 8. No phone call no rep - definitely no trade going their way from us.

OUR EXPERIANCE WITH LANCASHIRE DOUBLE GLAZING WAS AS GOOD AS MY FRIEND'S, WHO RECOMENDED US.
FROM START TO FINISH AN ENJOYABLE 3 DAYS A FEW LITTLE HICK UPS THEY SORTED OUT QUITE QUICK
AND ALOT OF THIS WAS DUE TO THE OFFICE MANAGER HANNAH AND THE INSTALLATION CO-ORDIRNATOR LYNDA
AND THE FITTING TEAM NORMAN AND BILL WERE A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY. ONLY JUST BUYING OUR PROPERTY AND THE NEED TO REPLACE ALL THE WINDOWS AND DOORS AT QUITE AN EXPENCE NOT ... ...SALES JARGON WE SETTLED ON LANCASHIRE DOUBLE GLAZING.
