I wrote a review earlier (I ordered 3 bags) and have now had the problems resolved. They eventually contacted me to say one wasn't in stock and re-funded me. Then they dispatched the rest next day delivery and according to DHL they will arrive tomorrow (Christmas Eve!)...

Ordered 3 bags from these guys 3 weeks ago - they have charged my account but nothing has arrived. I emailed them and they said they'd get back within 24 hours but that was 3 days ago. No phone numbers to contact them on - just a PO Box address. These are for Christmas and it doesn't look like they'll arrive in time now. Should have listenned to the reviews I read here.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS I ordered a bag from this website. They mailed me the wrong bag. I email them, no response. I go to their website, follow their return policy instructions and mail (with tracking code) bag back to them. They lost my package in 'one of their older warehouses'. I had email correspondence with them for 2 weeks while they looked for my bag. I clearly told them what the issue was and even emailed them an image of the right bag. Finally after over 2 weeks, they mail me my new bag...IT WAS THE EXACT SAME ONE THEY HAD MAILED THE FIRST TIME!!! NEVER NEVER USE THIS SITE!!!

I'm quite baffled by the other 3 reviews here! Had serious doubts about ordering from 'LaptopStuff', due to what I read here on 'Ciao', but decided to take a chance as it was pretty much the only site selling the item I wanted. Ordered WiFFinder 500 trolley laptop case on Tues at 7.30pm. Received immediate confirmation, followed by dispatch email, with tracking details, on Thurs at 9am (which also apologised for delay in sending email!). Bag delivered by DHL courier at c.3pm the same day. Very good quality. Only very slight problem was the tiniest little crack in one of the feet on the bag, but not big enough to bother sending back. All-in-all I had a very good experience with this company!

I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS STUPID WEBSITE TO PLACE ANY ORDERS!!! IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD AND NOW THEY SENT ME A MESSAGE SAYING "UNFORTUNATELY THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED IS OUT OF STOCK" IF IT'S OUT OF STOCK WHY ARE YOU CHARGING MY CARD FREAKIN IDIOTS AND THEY HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME YET, DON'T EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO CALL THEIR HELP LINE YOU WILL NEVER GET ANYBODY ON THE PHONE.

I ordered a laptop case 4weeks ago, needing it for a presentation at work last week. My credit card was debited and I was asked to provide a scanned utility bill by email for some unspecified reason before they would ship my goods Not having access to a scanner, and feeling that sending personal details via email was unsafe, I asked them to cancel my order if they were not willing to ship my goods. I specified when I needed my goods. 10days after my presentation, I finally received a response from them that they are cancelling my order because I didn't respond to their request. Their correspondences were impersonal and their service inefficient. Personally I would not use them again. My concerns were not addressed. Zero stars for service.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!! I ordered something from them and needed to cancel it, doing so via email less than 5 minutes after the order had been placed. I get an automated response, saying someone will 'get back to me in 24 hours' - no response. I email again 2 days later, same deal, no response again. waste of time trying their telephone 'help' line, as this is either engaged or 'closed' at 2.30 p.m., with an infuriating message telling you to 'call back during business hours', even though it clearly still was!" They charged me, dispatched and delivered my item, thereby costing ME money to return it. Only THEN do i receive replies to emails saying 'oops..too late!' UTTER RUBBISH - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
