Put some music in your food

AdvantagesTastes great (I like hot sauces) and it is very versatile (it can be used with almost anything)

DisadvantagesThe bottle doesn't last long. : (

"...of the Jamaican reggae singer Levi Root that persuaded two Dragons, Peter Jones and Richard Farleigh, to put in £25,000 each for a 20% stake of the company. The Dragons obviously spotted an excellent investment opportunity that has subsequently come to fruition for them. It is estimated that this brand is now worth millions. Levi Root is no business man, that was clearly evident from his presentation to the Dragons and if it was not for both the ..." Read review

So good they named it twice!

AdvantagesA tasty and spicy addition to any meal.

DisadvantagesMuch better value when on offer!

"After watching a particularly enjoyable episode of “Dragon’s den”, and being entertained by a delightful man with very long dreadlocks and a fabulous name (Levi Roots), I thought nothing more of the investment he received from one of the dragon’s for his families secret recipe jerk BBQ sauce…..until spotting it on the shelves of my local Asda on special offer for just £1.00 a bottle, the sauce was of course one of our cupboard staples - “reggae reggae ..." Put some music in your food

AdvantagesTasty with lots of things

DisadvantagesA little addictive!

"...if you heard the name Levi Roots, you might have thought that was the name of a new style jeans. Now Levi Roots, the likeable dreadlocked musician turned chef, is a household name due to his successful appearance on Dragon's Den, the launch of his hugely popular Reggae Reggae sauce, TV series, cookery books and now many spin off products. It all started when Levi's grandmother entrusted her recipe jerk barbecue sauce to him. Still a secret, but ..." Read review

Bring some music to your food, reggae reggae music.

AdvantagesDelicious taste, reasonable price, good packaging, works well with lots of things.

DisadvantagesNone.

"...Jamaican jerk spice made by Levi Roots' who appeared on the 2007 series of Dragons' Den and convinced two of the dragons to put some money in to his business for a stake in his company. Since then the product was initially taken on by Sainsburys' but it is now widely available in most of the big four supermarkets. Reggae Reggae Sauce has quite vibrant packaging with Jamaican flag colours and a silhouette of a person on the bottle. This makes the ..." Read review

I like a bit of Reggae in my kitchen (Levi Roots Reggae Sauce)

AdvantagesVery versatile, not over priced, and tastes great if you like spices.

DisadvantagesCan be off putting if you're not fond of brown sauce.

"...look for them. There's a Levi Roots (the man who came up with Reggae Reggae sauce) Reggae Reggae website too, which may not sound that interesting, but actually it's worth a look as there are a few rather nice recipes listed on there - the glazed chicken is lovely. There's also a section about Levi Roots music as well which is quite interesting, and details of his latest tour where he cooks and sings at the same time - now I know I've been known ..." Reggae Reggae Now Does Nuts

AdvantagesTasty, nutty treat to enjoy on the go

DisadvantagesYou may have to eat more than one bag!

"I love Levi Roots Reggae Reggae sauce and so I was excited to find out that he now has Reggae Reggae flavoured nuts!! Reggae Reggae Peanuts & Cashews - a combination of peanuts and cashews are covered in the delicious Reggae Reggae dressing and then baked in the oven. Great for putting in a lunch box or snacking at work. Plus, the World Cup is coming up and guaranteed your mates will be well impressed if you get the Reggae Reggae nuts in, whilst ..." Read review
