Not for the office...
This has to be one of the most irritating printers I've ever worked with. Small cartridges are always running out and are not cheap. Very high level of user interaction required, which is a pain (eg having to acknowledge that each individual cartridge is low, which they always are). What's more, it constantly beeps really loudly - no obvious info on how to turn that off. This printer may be ok at home, but not for business. Everyone in the office hates it with a passion. After a couple of months we went and got an HP 4700. Waaaaay better choice for the office - well worth the extra $. ...
