Advantages: wi-fi printing, exellent scanning features Disadvantages: ink prices
The Lexmark X4650 is a superb all in one printer. Setting it up was easy and connecting it to my wireless network was no hassle. The included CD basically is a step by step guide in to setting the product up and makes for a no-fuss setup. Scanning is excellent as when scanning documents, the included software recognizes text and you can edit your document. Also copying is simple, just pop the paper above the scanner and watch it print out. The photo ... ...either; print all, print last photo taken, date range (per month) or photo number. Another thing that may let the printer down is ink cartridge prices as these can become pricey. Never the less this printer is worth buying and has many extra features and is really handy being wireless. Just to add, the printer does come with colour and black ink, as well as a cable for a wired connection. ...

Advantages: Ease of Use, Impressive print quality Disadvantages: Expensive Cartridges, Not many compatible cartridges
...to send them back to Lexmark to get them refilled. Not very helpful.Its like buying Gillete shavers and signing up with them to get new blades. As I told earlier, I got this printer then returned because of expensive inks, to buy HP 4460, which too I returned because I didn't like the print quality. While buying a printer, in my opinion, one should not pay attention to things like Wireless or card slots which are used seldom. One should only buy ...

Advantages: Light, easy to set up and use. Fast printing and easy to change ink cartridges. Disadvantages: None that I can find.
I recently purchased my Lexmark X4650 from Tesco. They were offering it at £59.95, which was reduced from £125. So that was an incredible saving.
The setup of the machine was very straighforward and simple and it was up and running within 10 minutes.
It seems to print much faster than my old Lexmark and the "wireless" connection means that it is tidier in my office as it only requires a supply cable.
It comes with a "Lexmark Productivity Studio" ...
