I have been taking lida for 11 days and have lost 11lbs. I had a baby 5 months ago and I have gone up 3 jean sizes going from a size 10 to a size 16. My self esteem had really taken a tumble and I was hiding behind baggy clothes which made me look even worse. A friend recommended these tablets as she was taking them herself and was looking great for it. so...
