    Advantages Advantages comfortable to wear, detachable strap, suitable up to 4 years.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages long strap can catch round childs neck if you're not paying attention.

    My daughter is not quite Three. When I tell people this they so “oooh she’s big/tall for her age isn’t she?” and she certainly is. Beth is also very wilful and a nightmare to keep track of if she’s not in her trolley. I did have a set of standard reins for her but they were too short and so she was constantly throwing screaming and shouting paddies because she didn’t have freedom to roam. So between a rock and a hard place I lost the aforementioned reins. It wasn’t so bad, she’s walk holding m hand at times and go in the trolley at others.     Advantages Advantages Looks more grown-up, can be used as a backpack, reflective patches

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Handle slightly uncomfortable, doesn't give support of a pair of reins.

    Toddlers and roads do not mix, period. As they start to assert their independence, they become reluctant to hold hands or sit in the stroller and you have to look for a way to keep them safe. Once upon a time the only choice was whether the reins you bought would be made of leather or webbing, but today there is a far greater choice of restraints available.
