Advantages: Great range of different distortions. Professional sound.
Disadvantages: Can't get a good clean sound with any tone.

Some of the sounds you can get out of this box are great. It has some really unique distortions. I love the noise gate. It really gives your playing a professional edge, by not letting any sound from your pickups through, untill it reaches a preset level (The point you hit the strings hopefully) The compressor really helps too.
