Quick review of Linksys PrintServer for USB with 4 port Switch PSUS4 - switch - 4 ports
Useless piece of garbage. I am an IT professional and still found this unit an absolute pain in the neck. I linked it up to a Lexmark E120 laser printer and the unit kept losing the printer software. I had to keep re-installing the printer software to get the thing to work again. I've tried it on static IP's and DHCP reserving the IP address against the MAC address of the unit, all to no avail. Steer clear of this and spend a bit more on a better unit. Linksys kept saying the printer was faulty, the printer is now working perfectly well on a direct USB connection. ...
