Advantages Advantages Charming, beautiful, fun, online could make it last forever

Disadvantages Disadvantages If I find one, I'll let you know!

I stumbled upon a preview of this game many moons ago, and was immediately drawn in by the charm of the game, I challenge you to resist it, and hyped it up to myself beyond belief, and any one should know that if you do this with a game, you'll end up disappointed. Many moons later I finally got my hands on the game and to my suprise, it filled all my expectations, and more! This is LittleBigPlanet, and you've never seen anything like it. Gameplay and Controls At the heart of it, LittleBigPlanet is a simple platforming game. Get from one end to the other without dying. But to leave it at that ... more

Before I start this review I should make clear that I'm not really a fan of computer games and have never really been the kind of person to waste hours of my life trying to complete a game. My boyfriend on the other hand is a big computer games nerd and can spend hours playing first person shooters. So when he decided to buy a Playstation 3 a few weeks ago, there had to be some kind of payoff for me, and that came in the shape of Little Big Planet which he promised I would love. Background Little Big Planet is seen as one of the most important releases for the PS3 and was eventually released ... more

About The Game Little Big Planet is a puzzle/platform video game developed by Media Molecule. It is available on the PlayStation 3 and the PSP. It heavily features user created content which gives it almost unlimited potential when it comes to the levels which you can play. Sony offered Little Big Planet as a free download when they did their welcome back program after the PSN outage in 2011. It is popular for being unique; there is no other game quite like Little Big Planet. Price and Availability You can buy the game new on Amazon for £7.98; it is readily available pretty much anywhere that ... more

Advantages Advantages Fun for many ages, creative, can be played alone or with others

Disadvantages Disadvantages Highly addictive, can take a while to get the hang of making your own levels

Little big planet is a unique platform game with a whole planet to explore and also add to with some of the great creative features. You go through the game as a very cute knitted character known as Sackboy. The graphics are cute and colourful and the game stays entertaining for much longer than most platform games I have played. This game is suitable for ages 7 and up and can be found in all the usual places you would buy video games (Game, Game station, Argos and Amazon to name a few). It is availiable for the Play station 3 (for between £15 and £20 depending on where you buy from) and the ... more

Background Little Big Planet is an incredible innovative game available on the Playstation 3. The game is produced by Media Molecule a fairly new game development studio based in Guildford. Advantages Advantages Great for kids, Can go on forever, as people are constantly making new levels for you to play.

Disadvantages Disadvantages You do have to sift through all of the simple user made content to get to the good stuff

There isn't much to find that's wrong with LittleBigPlanet, mainly because you can overlook any of its flaws by just admiring how darn cute it is. You play as your own Sackboy, whose appearance you can completely change to make him look like whatever you want. There are even some user made levels out there that can show you how to make your Sackboy look like famous characters like Spider-Man and The Joker, so the choices really are limitless, especially with the amount of stickers and decorations that you are given throughout playing the Story Mode. Levels The Story Mode itself is wonderful to ... more

Advantages Advantages Great gameplay, creation modes, DLC, value.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Average story, very minor flaws.

LittleBigPlanet LittleBigPlanet has one of the most interesting concepts ever. The developers aimed to make a creative experience where you can share your creations online. Before the game was released, some people wondered whether it would work. In the end, it did indeed and exceeded expectations. Gameplay The gameplay is very simple and easy. You control Sackboy in a 2.5D world. You use X to jump over obstacles. There are three layers you can move Sackboy into: forwards, backwards and centre. You push or grab objects using R1. It may sound simple, but generally works well. The layer system ... more

As many of you know after PSN was back up and running after a month of being down, they released various games for their customers to get free. One of these games was Little Big Planet. ----------Introduction, Story Mode, Age Rating---------- Little Big Planet or commonly known as (LBP) was released in by . Advantages Advantages Very charming level design, good multiplayer

Disadvantages Disadvantages A bit too simple, controls sometimes a bit iffy

This is a game very different to my gaming CV. I like having a story to my games, something I can really get into. Maybe that's why I've always liked horror games (Silent Hill, Resident Evil, games like that) but considering the family got a PS3 for Christmas, mostly to play movies in HD on, and this was the game I recieved, I thought why not. How I received this little game... When I first received/unwrapped Little Big Planet, a very thoughtful gift off my parents for Christmas, I couldn’t help but feel a little insulted at the fact that I had received such a kiddy game, when my mum knew how ... more
