Advantages: Fun mini-games and cute animation Disadvantages: Limited playability
Having brought this for my littlest pet shop mad daughter I expected it to be an instant hit and to be fair it was. However my daughter is 9 and needed a little help with some of the games and my younger daughter who is 7 struggled to play by herself at times. The frustrating part is they have to 'pass' certain games to get the next animal and they were often asking for help. However they loved the animation and the interaction with the animals. ... ...into the littlest pet shop animals as it is the animation of them which kept my two most entertained. I would suggest buying it if your kids like these toys anyway, otherwise I would suggest one of the different range of sim animal games that there are available. ...
