My wife took out a Bond with the L&V and after 5 years cashed it in, when she was charged a Market Value Adjustment , I have challenged the company on this and maintain that the L&V are deducting this money illegally. Has anyone else had the same experience. If so would they be willing to join a concerted effort to take this further \/
