Advantages Advantages Smells gorgeous, leaves skin feel fresh, clean and beautifully soft

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None for me

I’ve followed a strict beauty regime since my teens and am now at the age of 43 years with silky soft skin that I can really be proud of. Whilst this is down to sheer dedication it is also due to the beauty products that I use, which have alternated throughout the years. My choice of facial cleanser back in the early days was Clearasil probably because there were limited options available, but for some reason their products are no longer kind to my skin and cause it to become extremely uncomfortable and dry. Over the past six months or so I have read many reviews on Liz Earle’s Cleanse and ... more

This product is one that I had been wanting to buy for such a long time since I first saw it on sale on the QVC programme and I had watched it on the television so many times and loved the look of it but I had never got around to buying it. I also have read so many reviews on the product too and most of which were really good positive ones and so I then wanted to buy it more and so I did just after Christmas since I had spent a lot of money on presents for everyone else and I wanted to treat myself to something I really wanted and this one is the one I chose as a nice little treat. Advantages Advantages Gorgeous smell, soothing, moisturising and I now have Practically Normal Skin!

Disadvantages Disadvantages Can't tell when the pump is running out

"Why I started using" I have always been quite lucky with my skin except for it's sensitivity. For years I was even using E45 as a moisturiser as anything else just felt as if it aggravated my skin, making it "nippy" upon application. I tried Dermalogica products being assured that the products are free of common irritants - obviously my skin doesn't just react to the common irritants as I still found my skin prone to flare ups and aggravated by the products at times. In my desperation during a particular bad breakout of blotches and irritiated skin, I was looking through the Ciao reviews and ... more

After months of noticing and trying to ignore various articles on this cleanser; I successfully (albeit) for a while resisting the onslaught of accolades being awarded to this unique cleanser. However I ultimately buckled; caving in not to the media hyper surrounding it but by ultimately by seeing a family members glowing skin. It was at an up close and personal family Christmas get together that I noticed the glow coming off one of my relative's face; general chatting ensued and she happened to mention she was now using the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. Bang! that was the ... more

Liz Earle's Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser ~ Every now and then I like to give my face a really good spa and facial treatment and with money being a little tight of late I prefer to do this at home as opposed to spending a fortune at a local beauty parlour. One company of really good skincare products I found a few years ago was the Liz Earle range. Based in the Isle of Wight the Liz Earle company produce everything from natural ingredients and there is never any artificial colours, preservatives or any parabens of any kind in anything they develop. I used to be an avid watcher of QVC ... more

Advantages Advantages Feels super luxurious, easy to use!

Disadvantages Disadvantages Possibly not ideal for oily or spot-prone skin... not ideal for my skin at all!

~How I heard of this product~ I, like many other women, am constantly on the lookout for ways to improve and care for my skin. At the age of 24 I have come to realise that I need to start taking care of my skin and that the days of going to bed with all my make-up on need to become a thing of the past. The first step I took was drinking and absurd amount of water on a daily basis, to keep my skin hydrated from the inside. Then I started looking for skin care products to help the battle on the outside! I must admit, I feel that I had entered into a kind of skin limbo - I'm not sure what ... more

I have been using Liz Earle on and off for the past two years. It is an absolutley gorgeous cleanser which does wonders for my skin, so I always keep a bottle on hand. I quite like to mix up my skincare routine regularly but find this is a product I return to time and time again. The ethos of Liz Earle is that it is a naturally active skincare line, which uses natural ingredients to nourish and treat the skin, focussing on its ability to cater for all skin types including senstive with this one product. The product claims to give clearer and smoother skin, due to its natural ingredients of ... more

Liz Earle’s cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser Liz Earle’s cleanse and polish hot cloth plant-based cleanser has been one of their best selling and multi-award winning products. It was a review of this cleanser in a magazine that first introduced me to the Liz Earle brand and since then I have become a regular customer and never looked back. --So why do I like this as a cleanser?-- It does have a rich and creamy appearance and texture that feels really luxurious and disappears into your skin when massaged on, leaving a fine and see through coating of the cleanser. One of the real positives ... more

Advantages Advantages Gentle on my skin

Disadvantages Disadvantages Could be considered expensive but only use a small amount.

I was introduced to Liz Earle products about three years ago, by a nurse friend who worked in dermatology in a London Hospital. She had, and has, the most beautiful skin for a woman in her early 40's, despite having had an horrific car accident at the age of 22, and plastic surgery to rectify it. What better advert for Liz Earle products? This review is about one of the products that I have been using. I am on a tight budget, so can't use it as regularly as it is recommended, but as a Saturday morning treat, I spend some time doing the more feminine activities like cleansing and moisturing and ... more
