...out to graduate loans with Lloyds that on both occasions he been mis-sold sickness, unemployment and redundancy insurance. On each loan agreement it says "loan insurance (if eligible)". On both occasions he took out the insurance, he was by their own definitions not eligible for the vast majority of the insurance he had purchased. Furthermore, when he took out each loan he asked if he would be able to close them down and repay them at any time. ...
