...and came home with a Loewe LCD. Compared with the Sony/Pioneer/Philips and JVC models on offer I felt the Individual 32 had the sharpest picture, displayed the greatest amount of detail and produced the best sound amongst the 20 or so available. Specifically it shows amazing levels of detail during dark scenes - even better than the Philips Plasma they had in store!
The special offer in House of Fraser that day made the TV irresistible.
The initial ... ...it up to Sky HD via HDMI is a doddle, however a second HD source can only connect via the component connectors. The Individual 32 will allow you to connect via HDMI, Scart, S-VHS, Component (Phono) and a traditional RF antenna. Most importantly you can do it easily - once you have spent 20 minutes reading the manual.
The only negative I can find is that a Sky controller does not allow you to change the volume - mute yes - but no change to the level. ...
