...respect to resolution. Not that Logitech is a perfect device but for the amount you put in, it is a superlative thing. I bought this web-cam as an extra with the PC. It was meant to be used as a camera more so than a web-cam even though the resolution on it wasn't great. At the time digital cameras were more expensive and I figured this would be something to experiment with. When it arrived, I was a bit disappointed with it. I bought my Clicksmart 310 from ebay recently and am very pleased with the overall performance. For the price you pay, you cannot expect a state of the art digital camera, but for use as a web cam, its performance is very good. Digital camera pictures are ok for use on a web site, and if taken in good lighting situations, but performance degrades with indoor use in poor light.
