    Advantages Advantages Ancient times believed Chlorophyll to have magical qualities; antiseptic, balances skin; protective, natural, healing qualities.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Have to visit Lush shop (or website +p&p) to purchase; limited shelf life; cost.

    Lush "Mask of Magnaminty" was recommended to me because of my Psoriasis and facial breakouts around my mouth area and up one cheek in particular. I have been using the sample pot l was given on 30 December 2007 regularly, and my initial reaction is positive, but I have not yet come to a final conclusion, although I have just finished the 29g sample today. I've not bought any Lush products before; in fact, walking down Corporation Street in Birmingham in summer, I have generally stayed clear of the LUSH shop, as even walking on the opposite side of the road I wheeze.     Lush Mask of Magnaminty This is the only one of Lush’s h face masks that is not fresh and this as such does not need to be kept refrigerated which is handy for those who do not have easy access to a fridge or who do not want to be bothered with going down to the fridge in order to get a face mask to put on in the bathroom. COST AND SO ON This comes in one of the special recyclable black pots that you can save and collect to return five of them.     A few weeks ago, after much online window shopping and deliberating, I found myself replenishing my stocks from Lush over the internet and (quite on impluse) decided to buy a couple of items that I’d never tried, one of which was their Mask of Magnaminty. I’d seen it online and in the Preston branch a few times but hadn’t tried it out, so I took a gamble. Lush class it as a cleanser rather than a mask, and it comes in a deceptively small tub so I doubted how many uses I’d realistically get out of it . . .     I'm pretty lucky with my skin, it's not particularly dry but at the same time it's barely prone to spots. There's really only a couple of days a month when I have any problems, and as any girl knows, those problems are hormone related. I do, however, still like to use a face mask a couple of times a week in order to give my face a really deep clean. At the moment, my favourite mask is Mask of Magnaminty from Lush.     Is it ok for a modern guy to write about face masks? I hope so… I’ve long resisted the many Lush opinions on Ciao. Actually, truth be told, I didn’t find it too hard being a bloke - and the over-powering smell every time I walked past the new(ish) Lush shop on Oxford’s Cornmarket Street didn’t do much to entice me in. Emily though was an instant convert - although not familiar with Lush from the US (her nearest is Chicago), she used to work in Body Shop, and she said she could tell this was good stuff before she tried it - buying bath bombs, face masks and who knows what other smellies.     My last on line order from Lush was pretty substantial and two days after I placed my order my over sized boxed arrived at my door. Amongst many Christmas presents I had brought there were a few little items, ( actually quite a few and some not so little) for myself. One of those items was this nice small pot containing "Mask of Magnaminty". Price and Packaging --------------------------- On Lush's website this pot containing 125 grams of the product will set you back a mere £2.25 pence which compared to some other masks on the market is really quite a bargain.     I always find that the cold weather play havoc with my complexion and with winter approaching fast I am on a search for products to keep my skin looking clear and glowing. Having been a fan of Lush's skincare products for a while now, I decided to try their Mask of Magnaminty (don't you just love the names of Lush products?). It is described as a "big green giant of a face and back pack" and claims to "deeply cleanse, tone and exfoliate" while "refreshing and brightening everything it touches".     Lush Mask of Magnaminty Lush have done it again with another stunning product that works wonderfully at is surprisingly at a very reasonable price for what you are getting. This review is for Lush Mask of Magniminty, which is a face, neck and back pack fragranced with mint. Since my cravings for all things minty I thought this was a fantastic purchase and have enjoyed using it right till the end. It comes from the Lush store and the125 gram pot costs £2.95p but there is a larger option available for about double the price and you don’t really save much money buying larger.     I’ve conquered Magnaminty. Sounds quite impressive really, doesn’t it? You’d be forgiven for thinking I’d just trekked up one of the world’s largest mountains, but in fact it’s a face mask. I absolutely love skincare products and I have been a fan of Lush products for quite some time now. I decided to buy the Lush Mask of Magnaminty to perk up my complexion.
