I'd been bought this bar by my Mum,who I'm sure thinks I get up to some pretty rough and tumble activities (I dread to think what!) and presumably have muscle ache. The bar comes in at an oval shape is white and smooth on one side and has some beans on the other side. I know this paints a rather confusing picture, but I shall go into details later. I have RSI and it oftens affects my legs and back/neck muscles.
