Advantages: quick to use, smells like aniseed, no chemicals Disadvantages: not effective enough, smell lingers, very few applications per bottle on a 'real' head of hair!!
I used this product a few times, my daughter has very long thick hair, and seems to get lice about once a month, even now she is in high school, but then i got them too, i guess i got close to her when she had them! I used the sprayaway, i have fairly long but very thin hair, but even so i used a whole bottle to cover my hair, as i wanted to ensure good coverage, a whole bottle which states 'up to 8 applications'......yeah, maybe if your hair is ... ...bottle of it on my son, who has quite short hair! Anyway, i waited for half an hour, and gave my hair a little comb through with the lice comb before i washed it, and i was glad i did, because i pulled out a louse, and it was still moving, completely alive, and it still was a good hour later.......so i am going back to full marks, which i used before and which worked perfectly, but i will stick to the longer treatment time lotion, as i just dont ...

Lyclear Sprayaway, ASTHMA SUFFERERS Upon using this product on my 6 year old son we followed the instructions provided & it was as simple as that. Other than the aniseed smell which does tend to linger.
Due to me having head contact with my son i thought it would be advisable to treat me at the same time as i had been quite itchy ( not sure if that was just the thought of them or was really head lice)
but treated me all the same.
I didn't think ... ...the chemist told me that Lyclear Sprayaway is not to be used if you are Asthmatic and not even recomended to apply it either.
I find this totally unexcptable for there not to be even one warning on the box or on the instructions as this clearly is not a safe product for people with Ashma ...
