Advantages: No waste, nice smell Disadvantages: None of note
...stick thingies, and with the Lynx version on a special two for £3 offer that is the one I went for.
The Lynx dry touch anti-perspirant stick is fairly unremarkable to look at. The casing is fashioned from finest black plastic with a grey lid. At the base of the product is a twist mechanism which allows the deodorant to slide up and down within its plastic shaft. I have found that a firm grip on the shaft is always best while using the other hand ... ...skin and should be kept well clear of those “ahem” delicate areas. I am going to continue to use the Lynx dry stick in conjunction with my usual body spray and award it four stars out of five.

Advantages: Smells luverly Disadvantages: Has to be scrubbed off
...to try something else. The Lynx brand is probably one of Lever Faberge’s most successful ventures – the distinctive black design with simple, trendy graphics has been around for some years now. When I was at school, everyone was really into the Lynx range and new scents and varieties seemed to come on to the market at a relentless rate. These days, Lynx seems to have settled down a bit more and you will now find only three or four different ... ...opt for Lynx body sprays, I’ve also preferred gels or deodorant sticks. Roll-on deodorants are very ineffective – I don’t like the way the rolling ball can pick up bits off your skin and roll them back into the container. Body sprays are very often not designed to be effective anti-perspirants – if getting dressed is like making a cake, then body spray is the last piece of icing to go on. Body sprays make you smell nice all ...

Advantages: More sex Disadvantages: Running out of Lynx
...Since going back to using Lynx my wife has started a number of conversations in this way, ‘Mmmmm. You smell nice. Is that Lynx you have got on etc, etc.’ Now, I quite like it when she initiates the hanky panky, and very quickly one thing leads to another and ………….. I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. There may be children reading.
Anyway, back to Lynx. I buy the stick deodorant because it is good value ... ...Overall, I find the Lynx stick deodorant is about the best of the lot, for reliability, comfort and economy. This is, of course, all down to the ingredients which include: Alcohol Denat, Propylene Glycol, Butylene Glycol, Aqua, Sodium Stearate, Parfum, Cetyl Alcohol, Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, CI 42051.
As you can see form this list, only the very best ingredients are used in Lynx.
OK, it is all meaningless to me too. I just thought that I would ...

...anti-perspirant for this, and the Lynx Deodorant Stick range does not make these. Apart from that, I think this deodorant stick is great, and I would recommend it to everyone!
It makes you smell nice and lasts on your body for ages. It is a delight to buy for only £2.29 and lasts for about 2 months. This is a small sacrifice to pay for a sweet smelling life! ...

...that this is now called LYNX DRY ANTI PERSPERANT DEODERANT STICK and is in a totally differently designed and shaped pack to the one shown at the top of this page. How old is that!?~
I got fed up of roll ons and sprays that just did not work, so I decided to go for a deoderant stick instead.
I used Dove anti-persperant stick for quite a long time, but thought the fragrance was a bit too feminine, and it was quite strong and apparent.
Thats when ... ...stop sweat, these are called Lynx Dry. Included in the Lynx Dry range is a deoderant stick, which is neither a spray or a roll-on. This is great as I find sprays and roll ons just dont work.
~What does it look like?~
This, like most or all of the Lynx products, comes in the colour black plastic container which is no bigger than any roll on deoderant, just a bit wider.
It has a silver plastic cap, and has more curves than in the puicture above. ...

...to try the roll on Lynx whilst trying out different deodorants. I had previously tried the spray deodrant several times before and had been very unimpressed, but I had often found that deodorant manufacturers who make both spray on deodrant and roll on deodorant, often make the formulas quite different, for whatever reason.
I have found this product to be equally worthless as a deodorant, as it has no anti perspirant properties and no deodorant ...

Advantages: nice packaging Disadvantages: not very effective
Personally with the Lynx roll-on, I cannot smell a thing, and it doesn't hide the smell particularly well! It does last a while and is quite good value for money but sadly it isn't very effective. I use the Lynx spray which smells awful and is pretty trashy but it smells better than the odour which often emits from that grey area!
I am not particularly impressed with the Lynx range as it is pretty trashy. Girls do flock around me when I am wearing ...

Advantages: Doesnt sting, nice smell, attracts girls Disadvantages: Expensive and wears out quickly
I bought this product because I had been advised that it smelled very nice and I thought that it would make more girls like me--like in the advert!!! I have been quite pleased with the product because I smell nice now and I have found that more girls talk to me since I have started using this deodrant. It also doesnt sting like some deodrants.
The problem with it is that it is fairly expensive and gets used up quite quickly so it is a constant burden ...

...decided to get me a lynx stick of deodorant because she thought it would last longer as she was getting a bit tiered of continuously going to the shop with my mum every two to three weeks and having to get me a new one.
Well any way when she took the deodorant home and showed it to me, i thought what a strange thing as I had never seen a lynx deodorant stick before. When I tried the deodorant out for the first time I noticed the smell wasn’t ... ...very long time.
This Lynx stick lasted me up to three to four weeks and felt refreshing but the smell only stayed for a short while before fading away.
I think I will stick to roll on and spray on deodorants in the future.
I recommend this product to any one who wants their deodorant to last for a very long time and feel refreshing too. ...

Advantages: Don't have to wait to dry Disadvantages: Can't have it in Tempest
I buy bloke deodrant because it seems to work better than girlie deodrant and it smells better. This deodrant is really good and as it is a stick it you don't have to wait around for ages for it to dry, although there is a slight residue builds up if you don't make sure you wash under your arm pits well on a regular basis. Review of Lynx Deodorant Stick
Advantages: Large range of scents. Disadvantages: Doesnt last as well as the competition
...deodorant of choice. Certainly lynx has great advertising. When I first started using this I think I had probably bought into that advertising
One thing that this range does have to its advantage is a large range of scents however this does not endear me to it. If I want to smell nice I will get a nice aftershave. Lynx also do a range of aftershave which smell nicer than their deodorant equivalents.
The big trouble I found with lynx deodorant stick ... ...find myself needing to reapply half way the day. On top of this it only seemed to mask the scent of any sweat and was not very effective at preventing me from sweating. Whilst I like this products range it is not as effective as others that are out there.
Another problem I ran into with this deodorant is that is could on occasion cause my skin to sting. I never work out why it did sometimes and not others just that it did.
I would recommend this ...

Review of Lynx Deodorant Stick
Lynx is the great male fragrance that we have all come to use as we feel the need to smell nice. The good thing is when you are bored with one you can move on to another as there are many to choose from and the list keeps getting bigger and bigger. They tend to smell similar out of the cap but once they diffuse around the room the smell becomes distinctive. Handy in a roll on they are great to freshen up with after a shower or even after exercise. ...

...with a squirt of the lynx spray, perhaps on the clothing to enhance the fragrance but it still works well on its own. This is better than the sprays because they are wasted and the roll-ons take ages to dry . The minor niggle is that when first used, the corners on the stick are slightly pointy and it can be unpleasant to roll on. overall, very good. ...

Review of Lynx Deodorant Stick
Advantages: It works well Disadvantages: Choice of fragrance more limited than aerosol
I buy Lynx deodorant so that I don't produce nasty odours. Some people seem to have taken the ad's that they run to literally and expect women to throw themselves at them. Read some of the other reviews. Scary isn't it? I've used Lynx for some time, having stuck with the aerosols for many years. I found that for the aerosol to last a whole day I had to use quite a bit of it, which was a bit overpowering at the begiining of the day. The roll on doesn't ... ...fragrance, although I don't think it lasts quite as long.
The good news is that it works very well. The choice of fragrance is a bit more limited than for the roll-on than it is for the aerosol, which is a shame. As for whether you like the smell or not, it's really down to personal taste. There's quite a large range - more than most, so you should be able to find something you like. ...
