Advantages: cheap, ease of use
Disadvantages: low detail maps, no memory exspansion

Despite the incredibly cheap price tag that this gps unit has it is still a good investment. Aimed at outdoors enthusiasts this unit should not be confused with a sat-nav, and is not really for road use. Large backlit display makes for easy reading and the navigation screens are very good and are especially helful when walking, hiking etc. The supplied maps are not very detailed, and should not be relied upon for accurate navigation, I would suggest ...

Functions like the electronic compass and trip Oedometer add to the units functionality.
