Magimix 11275/11276/11277 Nespresso LE CUBE

I recently bought a Magimix 11276 as being a student coffee is a must for exam times. Was amazed with the flavour and crema produced from a machine of such small proportions, and as a result no longer waste money in coffee shops as I can enjoy coffee much cheaper and tastier at home. A very easy to use coffee making machine. Easy to fill with water which heats up very quickly and makes excellent expresso and lugno sized coffee cups. There is room to store 6 expresso cups on a heated plates at the top of the machine - a nice touch. Nespresso coffee is usually excellent and the coffee caps are easy to use and the machine is very easy to clean. It is a machine I've recommended to the inlaws! I picked up my machine for a bit less due to a Nespresso promotion - which is the reason I've not given 5 stars at the price advertised. ...

I have been a Nespresso customer for years. I just wanted to let others know how I have found the customer service failing and lacking when your machine goes wrong. At this rate I may as well have bought a new machine and cut my losses. My machine is out of warranty and went wrong a few times on timer for coffee - seems a fault that I shouldn't have to pay for but there you go... Anyway long story short, Nespresso have had my machine since Jan 08 ...
