    I've come to recognise Manfrotto as a brand that offers that vital stepping stone, a reaching hand, from budget accessories to high-end trickery. Introduced to the name some time back through receivership of a standard Manfrotto tripod head which gushes with over-engineering and better-safe-than-sorry attitudes to the job, my latest purchase has further marked the creation of a loyal customer.My oversized cast-iron 80's tripod is not really compatible with planes, and with a flyaway holiday to picturesque lands approaching it simply wouldn't do to go empty-handed with nothing to help stabilise ... more
