As mentioned elsewhere, this heavyweight is very likely the best integrated amplifier ever made. 150 watts RMS into 8 ohms and about 290 watts RMS into 4 ohms. I've had two of these, used in a bi-amped configuration since 1991 and absolutely love them. Works in class A mode for about the first 25% of the volume dial then goes into class A-B. Wonderfully detailed but also delivers massive amounts of punch if required. The only downside is they run ... ...to hurt if you hold your hand on them for a few seconds, also there's no remote control which is a bit of a pain. Fantastic build quality and the ability to split the Pre-out - Main-in connections is a great bonus, no optical or co-axial digital connectors. Has a great phono stage. ...
