Scamps Birthday Treat.
Review of Markies by wulise

Advantages: Dogs love them!!!
Disadvantages: A little big for dogs with small mouths.

It is Scamp’s Birthday today and from her toy (dog) boy, Pepsi, she was given a box of Markies. The reaction that Scamp and Honey (my sister in law’s dog) was one of extreme pleasure. I shook the box and both dogs came running. As I open the box, both dogs sat waiting in expectation. As I remove the first biscuit, the dogs’ eyes widened. Scamp had the first biscuit (well she is the birthday dog!) and took it under the workstation ... Read review

Who's a good boy then
Review of Markies by Anfield

Advantages: No artificial colours or flavours.
Disadvantages: none

...************************ We buy Markies for King. They are simply his favourite biscuit, (other than rich tea) When we have our coats on he is already sitting waiting for them to be dropped into his bed. They are available in various formats; small packets that retail around the 30 pence mark. There are larger boxes of 500g weight, and the one we buy him. The bumper pack weighing in at 1.5kgs. This costs us £1.99 at the local pet shop. Markies ... Read review

Review of Markies by Star92

Advantages: dogs love them. no strong smell
Disadvantages: none

...treats and have been fed Markies from a young age. I buy original marrowbone Markies loose from Wilkinsons, but they are available in prepacked boxes of 500g for £1.05 or 1.5kg for £3.39. The boxes are yellow with the Pedigree logo, a picture of the product and a Border Collie dog on the front. Markies are available in two sizes, mini and regular. Although the mini variety is hard to find. Markies Trio's are also available in certain shops, which ... Read review

Many Markies
Review of Markies by waynerb

Advantages: Dogs Love 'Um
Disadvantages: Quite Expensive

...too fattening. I find Pedigree Markies a good choice. They are just the right size to fit a few in your pocket, and are big enough to satisfy your dogs hunger. Markies come a range of different flavours and sizes. Original Markies; These measure about 1.5 inches in length. They are a cylindrical shape, have a plain biscuit outer layer with a meaty centre. Mini Markies; These are just like the original markies, but smaller. They measure about ... Read review

Morgan Loves Markies
Review of Markies by Nicola_G

Advantages: Tasty (well my dog seems to think so )
Disadvantages: None really

My four year old german shepherd Morgan is mad for markies, they are up there with shmacko's in her book !!! Markies are one of the treats that i buy weekly in my shopping for Morgan. They cost around £1.10 and you get around 40 of them so hey, we can't really complain at the price !!! Markies are the treat that Morgan gets after she has been her morning walk and as soon as she gets in from her walk, she goes straight to her cupboard and waits ... Read review

treat your dog
Review of Markies by starstruckdownlove

Advantages: dogs are happy
Disadvantages: none

How many words does a dog actually recognise! Not many, mine recognises walk, chicken and food . and his favourite word happens to be MARkieS! As soon as you mention the word a frenzy happens he will jump up and down running around in circles. My dog is a cocker spaniel of average size so he has no problem in digesting this middle size treat. A markie is meaty roll covered with a marrowbone outer surface. An average size box contains 500grams and ... Read review

Markies - top marks!
Review of Markies by Angelama

Advantages: Smaller ones better for smaller mouths
Disadvantages: Crumble and mix with saliva to make a nice goo.

I've an 8 year old Springer Spaniel and these have to be, without doubt, his favourite treat. Given a choice of these Marrowbone rolls and Spillers Shapes, the shapes get left behind every time. They are not cheap, although you can buy a shop's own product which is naturally cheaper, but there is no alternative to the real thing - well, certainly not as far as my pooch is concerned. The only trouble with them is that they crumble a little and ... Read review
