    Advantages Advantages Filling, low calorie, and tastes great

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Occasional gristly lumps of ham

    As regular readers of my opinions will have noticed, I eat a lot of low fat meals, and my favourite two manufacturers are Weight Watchers from Heinz and the Marks & Spencer Count On Us range. I also eat a lot of their low fat puddings, so I think the next set of opinions will be about my favourite part of any meal – the dessert. Therefore I’ve decided to finish this (some would say too long) series of opinions with another good meal, which I buy time and time again – the Marks & Spencer Count On Us Tagliatelle with ham and mushrooms.     Advantages Advantages Quality ingredients, nice packaging.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Quality disintegrates when you defrost the food.

    The Tagiatelle with Ham & Mushroom meal is part of Marks & Spencers 'Count On Us' range which is aimed at customers who want to lose weight through following a low calorie diet. For those who take part in Weight Watchers, their range displays the amount of points that each meal contains, along with calories and various other factors such as saturated fats. I was drawn to this specific meal when I popped into Marks & Spencers one day & noticed the 3 for 2 promotion on the 'Count On Us' range.
