Advantages: Great storyline Disadvantages: Language and writing a bit overly child friendly
Having played the game, when we found out there was a book that was a prequel, me and my boyfriend wanted to read it and find out if it added a bit more to the excellent storyline of the game. The story in the book gives a good background history of the sour relationship between Saren, a Spectre, and Captain Anderson of the Human Alliance forces. It shows how the animosity developed between them, as a result of Saren's hatred for the human race, ... ...Reading the book gave a great insight for the game,and there will be another book this year, although I am unsure what it is about. This book had a couple of blips though, as with the short chapters and simple language, it seemed aimed at quite a young age group, although the storyline did make up for this. I would suggest this for people who are really into the game, and want to know more about the history of some of the relationships. ...
