Instead of just seeing your characters line and selecting the one you want, you see a wheel which you can rotate to choose the direction you want the conversation to head in. This pops up before characters have finished speaking so the flow of conversation is much more natural, you can even interrupt characters mid sentence if you don't like the direction of the conversation! ...

This is not much of a review, but more of a warning.... I have eagerly awaited this game with much exitement, and the day finally came. I had loaded the game, created a charater, did some conversations with shipmates, and then the cut FMV sequence froze my 360. I thought nothing of it, but then it did it again on exactly the same spot. I took the disc back, got a replacement, and the exact same thing happened. I have had over 10 games, and not had ...
...that over 4,000 other people have listed similar problems, to which Bioware have given things to try. I tried them all, got a bit further but then my saved games would not load. I got my money back, as I cannot play a game like this. They offer no patch, they just say that you should contact Microsoft. Mass Effect was made by Microsoft Games and is though to to have been made by angels…Only kiddin' but it is a good game. I've completed it playing as an engineer and I enjoyed it thoroughly apart from a few points. Sometimes you're drawn completely out of the whole game by a glitch that I had. It was where you enter a cut scene or new planet and the graphics take a while to load so you see this terrible graphics for about ten seconds then the good ...
...The sad thing is about Mass Effect though is that it is way too short to be an RPG. From the story aspect it is only about six missions or so long and they don't take more than an hour to complete.
