Massimo Dutti (Shop)

Massimo Dutti is part of the Spanish clothes group that also own Zara. On the whole they sell clothes that are more refined and sophisticated and are a crossroad between a designer label store and a high street store. Their clothes are more robust than Zara's and this is the general opinion from people I know whom have bought from both. I have bought a jumper and a leather Jacket from Massimo Dutti, although the jumper has shrunk a bit in the wash, which I guess is expected (it is a year and half old). i am very disappointed with the suite i bought from the Massimo Dutti shop in Barcelona on the 11th of NOvember 2006. now i am forced to throw my suite away because of the terribly weak clothing it is made, as it is tearing off for no reason. i paid 220 euros for the suite. I just visited Dubai for the first time last week, & I also discovered the Massimo Dutti shop in the Mall of the Emirates, which looked amazing for the clothes on sale ( made in Spain & not China ) & the Spanish speaking staff who served me . I purchased a cashmere & cotton V neck sweater for 205AED, which I thought was a great buy, till after wearing it for the first time, a large hole opened up under the right sleeve.
