    Advantages Advantages cooks a pizza beautifully

    Disadvantages Disadvantages awkward to clean

    When cooking pizzas it is always a good idea to cook them on a tray which has holes in. This is so that the heat in the oven is evenly distributed so that the pizza cooks evenly instead of having a soggy base but a very crisp top. We bought this one from Debenhams for about £10 and I am very pleased with it, it does cook our pizzas well and to a good quality. The pan is large enough to hold a 12 inch pizza quite happily.     Advantages Advantages Chips and pizzas crisp and evenly cooked

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Some pizzas are too large.

    I adore pizza! I used to just cook them from frozen on the wire shelves of the oven, but this would be a messy process when then cheese would melt off and burn onto the oven floor. Then I began cooking them on trays, which resulted in the base not crisping up as air couldn't get to it - what I needed was a tray with holes, and when I purchased the Maste Class non-stick pizza baking pan, that is exactly what I got, a 12.5 inch round tray, with evenly spaced holes in the bottom to allow for even air flow when cooking pizza!
