Advantages: Good range of programmes Disadvantages: Small load size
...the quick wash and the Matsui MWM145W fitted those specifications. I was a little worried about buying a brand which I had never heard of but the sweet talk of the saleswoman persuaded me that this was a good machine. The machine looks much like any other machine and sits inoffensively under my counter. The front of the machine is fairly simple and unfussy which makes cleaning it easy. I would have preferred a nice stainless steel fronted machine ... ...on my budget this was not possible. The reply i've received states that there was an extended warranty available to me at time of purchase, which would of covered me for any problems arising and that in future i should consider purchasing one. I don't know about anyone else but i would expect to ... ...date and have just been quoted £145 to fix it again. Matsui have been no help at all and there customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The time had come for me to cut my losses and buy a new machine ... definately not a Matsui! ...
