Maxi Cosi have created this really easy to fit base which solves so many problems! For a start the car seat clips into the base and takes just seconds to remove it and then carry into the house so you don't have to struggle or wake the baby up. Secondly, the base is what is all connected in by seatbelts etc so the car seat itself is all about being that- a car seat and not a complicated design of a safety device with lots of ... ...I am reviewing though so here are the specifics of the base.
The base is basically a large 'station' for which the car seat slots into. It sits on the back seat of your car and is secured by a large 'foot' which folds out and stands on the footwell in front of the seat. This keeps it steady.
